Obgento reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any project or content created using our platform at its sole discretion. Projects may be deleted without prior notice if they are found to contain:

• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
• Violent, threatening, or harmful content
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Any other content deemed inappropriate by our administration

Users will not be entitled to any refund or compensation for projects removed under this policy.

2. User Responsibility and Liability Disclaimer

All websites and applications created using Obgento are the sole responsibility of the user who created them. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for all content, functionality, and use of the websites and applications you create
• Obgento acts solely as a platform provider and tool facilitator
• Obgento shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of user-generated websites or applications
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obgento, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or the content you create

3. AI Output Accuracy and Limitations

Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence to generate code and build applications. By using our Service, you understand and accept that:

• AI-generated outputs are provided on a "best effort" basis and may not be 100% accurate or exactly match your expectations
• The quality of output depends significantly on the clarity and specificity of your instructions
• AI technology has inherent limitations and may occasionally produce unexpected or suboptimal results
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated content before deployment or use
• Obgento makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content

4. Game Development Limitations

Please be aware of the following limitations regarding game development on our platform:

• Our AI is optimized for business applications, websites, and standard mobile applications
• Game development projects may not yield satisfactory or professional-grade results
• Complex game mechanics, physics engines, real-time multiplayer features, and advanced graphics are beyond the scope of our AI's capabilities
• Users attempting game development do so at their own risk and should not expect production-ready game outputs

5. Technology Stack Restrictions

By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• All projects are built using our pre-configured technology stack and frameworks
• Users cannot request, suggest, or specify alternative technologies, programming languages, or frameworks
• The AI assistant will not provide recommendations for external technologies or compare our technology choices with alternatives
• Feature requests that require technologies outside our established stack will not be accommodated

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-powered digital services, our refund policy is as follows:

• Payments for website packages, Android APKs, AI Chat plans, tokens and credits are generally non-refundable
• Once AI processing credits are consumed, they cannot be refunded or reversed
• Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Obgento management
• If a refund is approved, processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
• Every new account starts with free builder tokens and free AI Chat credits. Please use them to try the Service before you pay for anything

7. Software Bugs and Errors

As an AI-powered platform, you acknowledge that:

• Generated code and applications may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviors
• 100% bug-free output is not guaranteed and should not be expected
• Users are responsible for testing and debugging their generated applications
• Obgento is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from bugs in AI-generated code
• We recommend thorough testing in a staging environment before deploying any generated application to production

8. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or using our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

Obgento reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
